Still working through the archives of wonderful weddings I’ve been involved in photography wise. It’s always great working with new photographers when second shooting and on this occasion I was working alongside Tracy Pederson Photography. This was also my first wedding second shooting in Birmingham, where the couple were getting married at the Plough & Harrow on Harbourne Road. Apparently, Tolkien stayed at the Plough & Harrow back in 1916. I just love the VW Camper Van the bridesmaids arrived in – it’s just so savvy! I also love the details especially the wedding tree showing photos of those loved ones that were sadly no longer around to physically witness such a special occasion, gone but not forgotten and there in spirit!
The bride arrived shortly after in a lovely vintage car. It was a lovely wedding, very intimate and Leanne’s dress was beautiful and Lee, sporting his vintage Mobster suit looked very dapper. They had been together for a long time before finally tying the knot sharing their day with their two daughters and close friends and family. A special touch during the ceremony with the couple’s daughters doing a reading for their mum and dad! Here is a selection of my images that I have permission to use :).
